The point being that, although there are certainly ample opportunities to improve a design done more than fifty years ago (for example, in my own 5f6 I follow the Hoffman layout); to criticize the designers of 1958 for not following 2012 design standards is, to say the least, of questionable validity. Georgs reaction to this missed the point completely, and there is no point in me participating any further in this discussion.

Hi Stevo,

I don't think Georg will have the ability to participate in this "discussion" either...

Fakt ist, daß von Leo's Konstruktionen viele auch nach 50 Jahren immer noch super funktionieren und einen Riesenspaß machen; vom Austausch von ein paar Verschleißteilen mal abgesehen.

Trotz aller "konstruktiver Mängel". So schlecht kann das Design wohl nicht gewesen sein....

Laß Dich mal nicht ins Bockshorn jagen
