Dual Relay

With my Marshall footswitch; mono; it only switches the Relay 2. The Relay 1 is on all the time.

I'm thinking I should cut the trace that goes from the ring (?) to the - pin of the relay 1.
And from the - pin of the relay 1, going to one of the tip pin. It should be 50-50, right !?
