I have for a LoW lummerland express, finish , but with 295V where it should be 245V . It works but I think it's not the sound that we waiting for for this amp.

Maybe the DMM is wrong.

Thanks for your answer 
My DMM is an automatic ac/dc multimètre which give 235V on the L-N and L-ground of the amplifier.
I will measure the 6,3V heater and inform you about the result and other measures comparaisons with the schema's ones.

All measures are good now , thanks very much , I have done some solder point vérification and the ground and it was ok after that.
