Hi,
I hope you won't mind me writing in English since my German isn't very good.
I've just completed the build of a TT66, and may I just say what a fantastic amp it is. Such good clean tones and absolutely no noise or humming.
I now plan to build a head cabinet and I wonder how much extra room I should have between the KT66 tube, which is the biggest, and the top wood.
I plan to use some sort of grill to help ventilation and the back will be completely open.
How much would you say is enough? A few centimeters?
Thanks for helping.

Hi,
we build the headshells for the TT66 with an internal high of 205 mm.Works pretty good. You don't need an ventilation on the top of the headshell.

Thank you for answering.
I rarely play loudly but I wanted to be sure.
Thanks again.
Hopefully the build will come out fine. I'll post some pictures when it's done.
