New build: Hoffman AB763 TR

Hoffman AB763 Twin Reverb, w/6G16 bias-vary trem. Trem has been tuned to be slower and more intense. Still  ticks at high intensity, but will correct that eventually. Reverb on both channels. Will replace the 100KB rev pot with a log for better control at low reverb settings (it has reverb out the wing-wang). Will next modify the 'normal' channel.

Iron is Hammond. Chassis is a Weber Scratch'n'Dent. Will be building a head shell this week - I was going to order from Dirk again, but got the bug to do some woodwork.

Amp is extremely loud. It's been 30 years since I played through an amp of this size. Haven't been able to get a good recording of it yet, as it completely overdrives the microphones of phone video cameras and my Zoom. I don't know what I'll do with it, but I built it, it sounds fine.

danke, es ist mit Abstand die komplexeste was ich bis jetzt gebaut hat; ging aber verhaeltnismaessig flot. Ich werde hoechstwahrscheinlich ein TT VoCom einbauen (es ist gerade eingetroffen) - ich denke, es waere ein gute Kandidate.
